Provided IT consulting and programming services to ExxonMobil Global Information Services Company for a global deployment of Problem and Change Management customized applications.  This included guiding a development staff and forming business processes for globalization efforts as well as hands-on programming.
 
  Built and integrated custom telecommunciations provisioning application based upon Remedy Corporations Action Request System. This application, Requisitor, provides an automated workflow for provisioning broadband connectivity to the internet. For more information see ITMastery's web site. RemedyGuy managed the project development to build and deploy a highly customized version of Requisitor and a Help Desk management system to over 100 users for TManage, Inc. An integration to NetCool was also completed as well as assistance in training and legacy data migration.
  Help Desk Project Manager for Entergy Corporation based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Entergy out-sourced it's entire IT staff to SAIC. My responsibility as an SAIC employee was to lead a team in implementing a best-of-breed integrated services management system based on the Action Request System.
